AIoTkart Warranty Policy

Welcome to AIoTkart! We take pride in offering you high-quality Embedded and IoT products. This Warranty Policy explains the warranty terms applicable to products purchased through AIoTkart.

1. Warranty Period

  • Products purchased from AIoTkart are covered under a 12-month limited warranty from the date of invoice.
  • Any serviced or replaced products during the warranty period are covered only until the expiry of the original warranty period.

2. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and performance-related issues under normal use.

3. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty will not cover:

  • Physical damage, broken parts, or mishandling.
  • Improper installation, maintenance, or usage against product guidelines.
  • Damage due to water ingress, electrical surge, or external sensor faults.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Consumable parts like batteries, cables, or adaptors.
  • Logistics or transit damages.
  • Integration with incompatible third-party devices not mentioned in the user manual.
  • Damages due to natural disasters.

4. Warranty Claim Process

  • Raise a support ticket by emailing support@aiotkart.com.
  • Attach the following:
    • Invoice Copy / Invoice Number
    • Deployment / Usage Pictures
    • Description of the Fault / Issue
  • Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
  • Initial troubleshooting will be done remotely; if unresolved, you may need to ship the product back for inspection.
  • Products must be packed safely for return shipment.

Shipping costs for warranty returns to AIoTkart are to be borne by the customer. Return shipping after warranty repair/replacement will be handled by AIoTkart.

5. Resolution

After inspection:

  • Products may be repaired, replaced, or in some cases, a refund may be initiated at AIoTkart's discretion.

At AIoTkart, we ensure your products are delivered quickly and securely. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

1. Shipping Terms

  • Orders are shipped based on the timelines provided in the product page.
  • Payment for the order indicates the acceptance of all policies and terms & conditions.
  • Billing Address, GSTIN, Shipping address, Contact Number, and Email ID must be accurately provided by you. We are not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect information.

2. Shipping Procedure

  • Products are shipped together wherever possible. If unavailable, partial shipments will be made with prior notice.
  • Upon dispatch, a Tracking ID and courier details will be shared via your registered shipping email ID.
  • Please inspect the package at delivery. If the package is tampered or damaged, refuse delivery and contact support@aiotkart.com immediately.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • In-stock products: Shipped within 3–4 business days after order confirmation.
  • Out-of-stock or backordered products: Shipped within 6–8 business weeks (based on availability).
  • International Shipping: Currently Not available.
  • Delivery depends on the logistics provider and external factors like weather, lockdowns, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be displayed during checkout.
  • Any additional charges for remote delivery requests (EMS Speed Post, etc.) will be discussed before shipment.

5. Important Notes

  • Products are shipped with appropriate tax invoices.
  • Once dispatched, the billing and shipping details cannot be changed.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
