AIoTkart Refund Policy

At AIoTkart, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for refund requests related to Embedded and IoT products purchased from us.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Defective Product: If the product delivered has a manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If the product received is different from what was originally ordered.
  • Non-Availability of Product: If the product becomes unavailable after payment and cannot be delivered.

Important:

Cancellation of orders before dispatch is not permitted.

Once an order is placed and payment is made, the order cannot be canceled or refunded except under the eligible conditions listed above.

 

2. Non-Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Product damage due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
  • Consumable items like batteries, cables, power adaptors once opened or used.
  • Minor variations in product appearance (color/design) that do not affect functionality.
  • Customized products built or configured to customer specifications.
  • Product return requests raised after 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Shipping charges once products are dispatched.

 

 

3. Refund Request Process

To raise a refund request:

  • Email support@aiotkart.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Product Name and Model
    • Invoice Copy
    • Detailed issue description with supporting photographs/videos (Mandatory)

Our team will evaluate your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

 

4. Inspection and Approval Process

  • You may be required to return the product to us for inspection.
  • Products must be returned in original condition with all accessories, packaging, and a copy of the invoice.
  • After inspection, if the claim is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Note:

Return shipping charges to AIoTkart must be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed by us.

 

5. Important Notes

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
  • Payment gateway charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • AIoTkart reserves the right to reject refund claims that do not meet the policy conditions.
