The Dragino RS485W-LB-M12 RS485 to LoRaWAN® Converter is an industrial-grade RS485/UART to LoRaWAN® interface designed for seamless integration of wired sensors into long-range LoRaWAN® IoT networks. Built for outdoor and industrial environments, this IP67-rated converter enables users to connect RS485 (including Modbus), UART (3.3V/5V), interrupt, I2C, and one-wire sensors and transmit data wirelessly to LoRaWAN® gateways and IoT servers.

The RS485W-LB-M12 variant features an M12 industrial connector for robust field deployments, ensuring vibration-resistant and waterproof connectivity. It operates on LoRaWAN® 1.0.3 Class A protocol and supports the IN865 frequency band for India, along with multiple global bands.

Powered by an 8500mAh Li/SOCl2 battery (LB version) or solar panel with 3000mAh Li-ion battery (LS version), the device is engineered for multi-year low-power operation. With ultra-low sleep current (5uA) and configurable sensor power outputs (2.6–3.6V and 5V), it optimizes system energy consumption.
