The Dragino RS485-LB is a rugged LoRaWAN RS485/UART to LoRa converter designed for long-range industrial IoT deployments. It allows you to read data from RS485, Modbus, UART, and interrupt-based sensors and uplink the processed values directly to an IoT server using LoRaWAN 1.0.3.
Built with an IP67 waterproof enclosure and powered by an 8500mAh Li-SOCl₂ long-life battery, the RS485-LB is engineered for multi-year field operation in harsh environments. The device provides controllable 3.3V and 5V outputs to power external sensors efficiently, reducing overall power consumption.
RS485-LB supports BLE configuration, wireless OTA firmware updates, periodic uplinks, flexible Modbus rules, and Class-A downlinks, making it a powerful and easy-to-deploy solution for smart metering, agriculture, industrial monitoring, and automation systems.
