The Dragino LPS8v2 is an open-source LoRaWAN® gateway that bridges LoRa wireless networks to IP networks via WiFi or Ethernet. It enables long-range, low-power communication for IoT devices and is fully compatible with the LoRaWAN protocol, supporting Semtech UDP Packet Forwarder, LoRaWAN Basic Station, and ChirpStack MQTT Bridge, ensuring seamless integration with major LoRaWAN platforms.
The LPS8v2 also includes a built-in LoRaWAN server, ChirpStack local server, and Node-RED application server, allowing system integrators to deploy IoT services without external cloud dependencies. With remote management and auto-provisioning, it simplifies deployment and maintenance across large-scale IoT networks.
