The Dragino WSC2-L is the main processing and communication unit for the Dragino Weather Station solution. It collects measurements from compatible weather and environmental sensors and transmits the sensor data to an IoT platform through LoRaWAN®. The controller supports parameters including rainfall, wind speed and direction, temperature, humidity, air pressure, illumination, PM2.5, PM10, CO₂, total solar radiation, PAR and rain/snow detection depending on the connected sensors.

Designed for outdoor weather-monitoring deployments, the WSC2-L supports the WSS-09 9-in-1 Weather Sensor, WSS-08 Optical Rain Gauge, tipping-bucket rain gauges and compatible third-party RS485/Modbus sensors. It supports LoRaWAN 1.0.3 Class A, Bluetooth 5.1 configuration, LoRaWAN remote configuration and wireless OTA firmware updates. The unit operates from a 12V external supply and includes a 1000mAh rechargeable Li-ion backup battery.
